Immediate Opening — Exhibit Designer / 3D Designer / Experiential & Display Designer

We are currently hiring an experienced Exhibit Designer / 3D Designer / Environmental & Experiential Graphic Designer to support our growing pipeline of custom trade show exhibits, branded environments, and permanent display projects.

This is not a traditional marketing graphic design role.

This position focuses on designing physical brand experiences, including trade show booths, experiential environments, museum and visitor center displays, corporate interiors, and large-scale branded installations.

Our designers translate brand strategy into 3D spatial design, exhibit structures, environmental graphics, and immersive environments that are creative, buildable, and ready for fabrication.

This role will work on:

• Custom trade show booth design

• Experiential marketing environments

• Permanent displays and visitor center installations

• Environmental and large-format graphics

• Corporate and branded interior environments

• Event and activation displays

• 3D renderings and exhibit visualization

Ideal candidates have experience in:

• Trade show exhibit design

• 3D spatial design

• Experiential or brand environment design

• Environmental graphic design

• Museum / permanent display design

• Retail or architectural display design

• Exhibit house or fabrication environment experience

Strong candidates understand how to design for the real world — balancing creativity with structure, materials, budgets, and production requirements.

Project Managers – Trade Show & Experiential Projects

We are seeking client-focused, highly organized project managers who thrive in fast-moving environments and understand how to guide projects from concept through show-floor execution.

Our Project Managers sit at the center of every project—coordinating communication between clients, design teams, fabrication, logistics, and installation crews to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client goals.

Ideal candidates bring experience in:

• Trade show exhibit project management

• Experiential marketing or event production

• Exhibit fabrication coordination

• Client relationship management

• Show services and installation planning

• Branded environment or display projects
